The following study examines head-related transfer function (HRTF) preferences. It is conducted as a part of the research of Samuel D. Bellows, at the Institut Jean le Rond d'Alembert, Sorbonne University, supervised by Brian F.G. Katz, as part of the SONICOM project.

Study participants will be asked to listen to short passages which render a moving virtual sound source and rate the quality of each trajectory.

This test should take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

To participate, you should have normal hearing, with no hearing impairments.

Please wear wired headphones and take the test in a quiet, distraction-free environment.

Responses are submitted at the end of the questionnaire. If you wish to withdraw from the questionnaire prior to completion, simply close the browser window and your responses will not be transmitted. To learn more about this project, please visit our website.
